ThreeColor® Aluminium Software has been develeoped according to the needs of companies in extrusion business. It has special modules and windows just for this business.
The software brings «all-together» following-up system inside of a company from Order Enrty to Loading, Dispatch List, and Invoicing and provides information about manufacturing process of products and procedures afterwards.
The software has capability of disposal, allocation and sending to quarantine area and it lets interpass and book between departments at any process requested. It can ship any product by linking to any order (booking) in free warehouse or again a product for Pressing in the free warehouse can be linked to any other order to dye then its route may be decided afterwards.
It is also possible to see all details of any product or mould on the lefthand side of the screen of all data entering window and by clicking only one button, you can get datas of all processes of manufacturing in detail. Thx to moulding detail window on the lefthand side, there is no need to go to any other windows to see moulding, packing pictures besides of autocad drawings and you can reach immediately all essential information about tufftride, manufacturing and quality.
If there is any thing done by contractors (contract manufacturing) like Eloxal, Dyeing, Overlaying and Mechanical Affairs , these can be followed up easily and job request forms of these contract business. You can get the latest information about your products at contractors by entering their warehouses.
You can find the current status and the details of work-load on reporting screens. If the daily capacity of departments are determined, balance of the work-load can also be seen.
The Order follow-up window can also help you to see the status of orders (in kg, planned pcs or ordered pcs) while talking to your customers.
On the Warehouse List Window, statuses of all products with open work order as well as the ones in free warehouse, can be seen with rack numbers and Gross Kgs and they can be seperated, transferred from one warehouse to another or from one order to another, or dispossaling, assigning or quarantining products with the giving authorities to employees.
On quality module, detailed report for disposselled products can be taken. By filtering the product information, reasons of disposalling by which department and their root cause on determined specific dates can be seen.
Information of palleting list, rack tags, dispatch note / invoice of loaded products and paper works of export can be viewed or printed out.
By selection menus of reporting, printing, all modules and print-outs have infinite layout possiblities (in different formats and languages). They can be converted to Excel, Word, Html, Jpg and PDF to send by email.
Address, telephone, company private prices, order and production parameters are described. Predescribed explanations, more than one destination address, payment terms, bank accounts, company private product codes are described.
Die information card including; production, tufftride, revisions, profile Picture,technical drawing and packaging picture. All dies’ background informations; production kilograms, howmany tufftrides,the operator persons used the die for how long and when,the remaining usable capacity after last tufftride are tracable for allowed users. Technical, mechanical and packaging pictures can be seen on the screen in all phases from order entry to shipment. If the die is specific to certain customer, then that die is only usable fort that customer. Customer feedbacks and complaints are entered to the program and can be viewed on request. If amortisation is described for the profile, it is calculated automatically for each shipment until finished.
Traciability accordingto the billet types , party numbers and chemical characteristics if entered to the program.
Offer preparation, order entry from offers, reports related with the offers’ return to order are possible in multilanguage. This modüle is very usefull for preventing mistakes of personnel during preparing offers and getting orders, by showing inventory information, die details of chosen profile, profile iformation related with anodising, painting, thermal brake, packaging type, Alloy / Temper. All reports are convertable to formats of fax , e-mail, etc. in multilanguage.
Product follow-ups in press warehouse, shipment warehouse, free warehouse, product shifts between warehouses, and product allocations between orders are easily done.
Establishment of work order according to given shipment date, date changes, process flow order between presses and also production date changes.
Production steps are press, saw, temper, quality, paint, anodising, thermal brake, wood coating, satinaj, polishing, machining, packaging, pallet packaging, shipment. The data entered in one process is automatically shown in the next process screen.
There are quality data entry screens for every process requirements. ISO, CE, EN required reports are possible.
The last step of the processes. Delivery is done according to the related customer’s packing list.
